Serving the Lymm community, our team are 100% dedicated to supporting our clients and their pets. Not only do we aim to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care to our patients, we also aim to make you feel welcome and supported by every single member of our team.

In the Community

We love to get involved – being a local community vet is central to our ethos. Maybe that’s why we have been at the heart of the community in Lymm for over 30 years. We regularly get involved in all pet related aspects in the local community, from fun dogs shows, to school visits, career fairs and raising money for local charities.

Dog Shows

As part of our continued commitment to charitable causes, we run a Dogshow Roadshow. The Roadshow is available, free of charge, for local charities, community groups, schools and associations, and is a great way of raising funds.

We will:

  • Provide and set up a booking-in tent, complete with table and chairs
  • Provide and set up a dog show ring
  • Provide and set up a public address system - no electricity needed
  • Produce rosettes for each class, branded with your organisation’s logo and our logo
  • Give you goody bags for each class winner
  • Produce flyers for your event
  • Provide publicity in our magazine, newsletter, websites and social media pages.

We are limited to 20 roadshows per year on a first come, first served basis and subject to our availability.

We are proud to be a Silver Accredited Cat Friendly Clinic, meaning we can care for your cat in the kindest way possible. An accredited Cat Friendly Clinic has reached a higher standard of cat care in that the Lymm Veterinary Surgery team:

  • Understand the needs of cats and have made visits to the vet clinic more cat friendly.
  • Understand how to approach and handle cats gently and with care.
  • Have good knowledge and equipment to manage the care of cats.

Teams in Cat Friendly Clinics will always handle cats gently and kindly, watching their behaviour and considering what emotions the cat may be feeling. As well as handling cats appropriately, our practice has been adapted especially for your cat's needs with a ‘Cat Corner’ waiting area, and large cat friendly approved kennels in our cattery.
