Diane Wilshaw
Clinical Director/Veterinary Surgeon
MRCVSDiane qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon from Liverpool University in 1992. She joined Lymm Veterinary Surgery in January 2021 after working for 20 years at a local practice in Warrington. Diane has a particular interest in internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
When she is not working, or helping on the farm, she enjoys gardening and walking.
Diane lives on a farm with her two Rottweilers Harper and Hallie, fields of sheep and lots of cattle!

Dr Samantha Stanway
Veterinary Surgeon
Samantha has worked within the Willows Vet Group for the past 5 years. She is currently based at both our Lymm and Birchwood branches. She really enjoys getting to know her patients and their owners.
Samantha doesn’t have any pets at the moment but has previously owned Smooth Collies and several cats! Outside of work, she enjoys going to music gigs, the theatre, potato crafting and socialising with friends. -
Dr Lucy O’Donnell
Veterinary Surgeon
Lucy qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon in July 2025 and joined Lymm in September.She is currently based at both our Lymm and Birchwood branches. Lucy enjoys learning every day, particularly internal medicine cases. She is looking forward to gaining more experience in surgery. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys being outdoors, particularly to hike or run!Lucy doesn’t currently have any pets however has had family dogs in the past. -
Harriet Niman
Student Veterinary Nurse
Harriet joined the team in May 2024. She has previously worked as an ACA in other practices including a referral centre. She hopes to train as a Veterinary Nurse in the future.
Harriet enjoys swimming, reading horrors and listening to jazz music!
Harriet has a cat named Stevie who she rehomed from Beech House. She also has her family dogs Beans the Boxer and Milo the Pug.

Abbigayle Taylor
Registered Veterinary Nurse
Abi qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in 2017 after working for the Willows Vet Group since 2013. She joined Lymm in November 2025. Her main clinical interests lie in wound management and surgery. Abi also enjoys teaching nursing students as part of her role as a clinical coachOutside of work, Abi enjoys enjoys swimming, walking and camping with her familyAt home Abi has a Cocker Spaniel named Hardy and a one-eyed cat named Nelson who she rescued from work -
Geraldine Daniels
Receptionist
Bronze BVRA Customer Service Award & CVDGeraldine joined the practice over 30 years ago! She has made many friendships with clients over the years. She loves meeting clients and their pets. Geraldine has achieved her British Veterinary Receptionist Association Bronze Award and her Competent Vet Dispenser Award.
Geraldine’s interests are animals, animals, and animals! She also enjoys walking, reading and holiday adventures.
Geraldine has a cat named Charlie who she rehomed from the practice.

Tracy Randles
Receptionist
Gold BVRA Customer Service Award & CVDTracy joined the team in September 2021. She was inspired to become a veterinary receptionist after her dog took ill and the amazing service she received from her vets. Tracy has achieved her British Veterinary Receptionist Association Gold Award and her Competent Vet Dispenser Award. She’s also a mental health first aider.
She enjoys walking her dogs, going to the cinema, and travelling on holiday.
Tracy has a Labrador named Maisy and a crossbreed dog called Missy, who she rescued from Zanti.
